Isle is arranging a San Diego coastline clean-up on the 19th of April. Why don’t you join in and do your bit to keep our beaches looking pristine? Isle has decided to go big for Earth Week this year, so they’re supersizing their annual beach clean-up.
The team is going to be undertaking the most ambitious clean-up to date. They’ll start off at Encinitas and work their way down to Coronado. Join them at the start of the day at Swami’s Beach in Encinitas. They’ll be there from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. Spend the day with them as they move down the coast and get rid of every speck of garbage from the beaches.
Can’t spend the whole day at the beach? (We know, spending the day at the beach is absolute torture.) No problem! Join up with the team at any point along the way. We’ve got the schedule laid out down below for you if you’re interested.
Everyone’s welcome, so why not bring the children along so that they can learn to do their bit for the environment as well? Make it a family outing for the whole day, or just spend an hour helping out. At the very least, you’ll meet some fun and caring people.
At worst, you’ll end up with a sun-kissed look. And hey, if picking up trash is getting a little monotonous, no one is going to mind if you take a quick dip to refresh yourself.
Considering the turnout at previous events, the cleaning up part actually goes quite quickly. A lot more time is spent having fun and meeting new friends.
Want more information? Check out the Facebook Event Page. We encourage you to sign up and challenge your friends to do the same. Let’s get those beaches looking absolutely spotless together.

Final Notes
San Diego has some beautiful beaches, and we’re all proud of them. Our paddle-boarding community is very quick to help out a worthy cause. What could be a better cause than cleaning up the beaches during Earth Week?
We can’t wait to see you there!
